Every 3 months our office will place a photo on this page and ask a question relating to it. There will always be a winner, but only 1 winner.
To participate in the contest please stop by our office and fill out a card, and be as specific as possible (City, State, and/or Country.
- Fill out a card and place it in the fishbowl.
- The drawing will be on Thanksgiving, with only ONE winner.
- If there is more than one card with the correct answer, those cards will be put back in the fishbowl and one winner will be drawn.
- If there is no correct answer, the closest geographically to the correct answer will be declared the winner.
- Only patients of this practice are eligible to win.
- The lucky winner this month will receive a $25.00 BP gas card.
